Exterior cladding: ceramic and stone covering, exterior wall prep and, by arrangement, facade painting. An exterior tradesman visits from Podgorica to Budva, Tivat, Bar, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Ulcinj, Nikšić, Cetinje and other towns when the schedule allows.
Scope depends on the building and weather. Outdoor work is planned when conditions allow; indoor tiles and plaster can proceed separately. Material, prep and protection of the surroundings are agreed first.
