Keramičar Podgorica is a local craft workshop for ceramic and tile installation, bathroom renovation, balconies, terraces, staircases, marble, natural stone and exterior facade cladding. We are based in Podgorica and work on apartments, houses and commercial buildings across Montenegro.
We install — we are not a tile warehouse. Before work starts we agree materials, layout, falls, grout and the deadline. The substrate is prepared, the site stays tidy, and at handover you receive a surface ready for daily use.
Ceramic works and tile installation
We set floor and wall tiles in apartments, houses and commercial rooms. That includes standard and large formats, substrate levelling, movement joints and precise grout. Ceramics must match the room: a wet room, hallway, kitchen or terrace needs different prep and adhesive.

Decorative and feature ceramics
Beyond standard formats we set decorative surfaces: mosaic, feature tiles, accent walls, patterns and mixed sizes. In a bathroom, hall or facade detail the ceramics can look considered without clutter. Layout is agreed before bonding so the pattern and joints close in the right places.
Bathroom renovation
A bathroom is a wet room. Waterproofing comes before ceramics. We handle full renovation: prep, waterproofing, wall and floor tiles, shower zones, niches, edge profiles and tidy finishes around sanitary ware. Layout, drains and heights are agreed before setting, so grout lines and falls land correctly.
Balconies, terraces and outdoor surfaces
Outdoor surfaces take rain, frost and sun. On balconies and terraces we build correct falls, a suitable substrate and tiles made for exterior use. Entrance ramps, loggias and open terraces are detailed so water runs to the drain, not toward the wall or the apartment.

Staircases
Staircases need accurate treads and risers, even heights and a safe finish on landings. We tile indoor and outdoor stairs in ceramic, marble or stone — at the wall, on landings and on edges. The aim is a level tread, a clean joint and a tidy detail at the rail or wall.

Marble and natural stone
We install marble and natural stone indoors and outdoors: floors, wall cladding, thresholds, window sills, kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Stone needs a sound substrate, the right adhesive and protected edges. Facade and wall cladding is detailed for movement joints and water run-off, so the stone stays tidy through the seasons.
Exterior facades and stone cladding
For facades we use ceramic and stone cladding specified for exterior work. The aim is a clean look that lasts: wall prep, fixing, grout and details around windows, doors and the plinth. We cover homes and commercial buildings in Podgorica, on the coast and inland Montenegro.
Kitchens, grout and waterproofing
In kitchens we tile work zones, backsplashes and floors built for daily use. Grout follows tile format and room use; wet areas get moisture-resistant materials. Waterproofing of wet rooms is part of a proper tiling job, not an afterthought.
